Chip brings nearly two decades of appraisal experience since 2006. A Stanford University graduate (B.S. in Chemistry, 1991), Chip combines analytical rigor with extensive real estate expertise. As Co-Founder/Partner of Eagle Home Appraisal since 2008, he specializes in non-lending appraisals across all property types.
Chip is a court-qualified expert witness, designated by the US Bankruptcy Court and Eighth Judicial District Court in Nevada. He has provided testimony in numerous divorce, bankruptcy, and foreclosure cases, with extensive deposition experience for major financial institutions.
